· To pass NCLEX
· Have a smooth transition from being a CNA to taking on my new role as an RN
· To finish next semester and graduate SLCC with my A.S in Health Sciences
Long Term Goals
· To get accepted into a BSN program
· Learn as much as I possibly can to be the best nurse I can
· Graduate with my BSN in Nursing

· I would love to pursue my Practitioners License

By achieving these outcomes I hope to become a more confident person, by being able to believe in myself more intellectually. I want to be able to walk into a job interview and show a potential employer that not only am I capable, but an asset as well.
The learning outcome I need the most help in achieving would be, communicate effectively. I have a hard time speaking in large groups especially when presenting my own ideas. I am also very self conscious when it comes to my writing. I hope to gain the knowledge and skills to help me become not only more confident but proud my work and ideas.
